Making butter by hand is quite a difficult, and long process, but if you follow the following steps you may get a good product.
First, you check the quality and fat content of the fresh milk. Second thing is to leave the milk to cool. Then, you separate the cream. After that, place the butter in a jar. Next thing to do is drain the butter-milk from the butter. Then, stir the cream. After that, wash the butter with cold water to remove remaining sour milk. Next, add a small amount of salt for flavour. Then, cut and wrap the butter. Finally, store the butter in the fridge.
As you can see making butter is a long process, but by following the steps carefully you will end up with high-quality butter.
